30-Day Return Policy for Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (including any tags)
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the products and custom nature of most of our products (including items with custom colors, names, sizes, or special requests), these items are unfortunately non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at suzannepuma505@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed.
