All Pawvena items are carefully handmade to order in our small studio.
Processing Time
─ Ready-to-ship items: 1–5 business days
─ Made-to-order & personalized items: 7–21 business days (exact time is shown on each product page)
We ship worldwide from our Inventory.
Shipping Times (after item is shipped)
─ Thailand: 3–7 business days
─ Asia: 7–14 business days
─ USA, Canada, Europe, Australia: 10–25 business days
─ Rest of the world: 14–35 business days
These are estimated times. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and help you in every way we can.
